An interactive online workshop designed to equip construction professionals with practical skills to plan, manage, and execute projects using Oracle Primavera P6. The course emphasizes Critical Path Method (CPM), resource management, schedule tracking, reporting, and optimization to improve project delivery.

Course Requirements:

  •  Computer or laptop (tablets and cellphones are not permitted) with speakers, microphone and webcam (webcams are mandatory) 
  •  Participation in group discussions and other activities with your instructor and classmates during the course
  • A quiet space with minimal distractions

Please note the following:  

  1. You will receive an email with easy to follow instructions from the instructor on how to join the virtual classroom in advance of the training.
  2.  Your course material will also be emailed to you. You will need to print the P6 Exercise Worksheets.
  3.  It is recommended that you download and install your own standalone copy of Primavera P6 Professional for use with this course. The download link and PDF instructions will be provided to assist you in obtaining and installing your own Primavera P6 Professional system: Standalone version. Make sure to clear cache and cookies before installations.
