The course emphasizes Critical Path Method (CPM), resource management, schedule tracking, reporting, and optimization to improve project delivery.

Course Requirements:
- Computer or laptop (tablets and cellphones are not permitted) with speakers, microphone and webcam (webcams are mandatory)

The download link and PDF instructions will be provided to assist you in obtaining and installing your own Primavera P6 Professional system: Standalone version. Make sure to clear cache and cookies before installations.
