**Bluebeam Revu Class – Document Management Best Practices (2 Hours)**  
*Prerequisite: Baseline Basics*  
This streamlined training course - crafted by the workflow pros at UChapter2 - guides students through best practices for managing messy PDFs.  

Learn to clean up page labels, reorder sheets, add hyperlinks, and automatically track revisions with speed and consistency. A must for anyone drowning in disorganized drawing sets.

Learning Objectives:

  • Creating Hyperlinks to Quickly Navigate Drawings
  • Manage Revisions with Batch Slip Sheet
  • Find Drawing Changes Automatically

Mandatory Pre-requisite:

  • Bitesize Bluebeam 1- Baseline Basics ​

Technology & Participation:

Please ensure you meet the following requirements:

  • Please go to the Revu > About menu in the upper left corner of the Bluebeam interface. You’re required to have Version 2018 or newer for our Bluebeam courses. If this same windows say Unassigned at the top, your IT department needs to assign you a license so you can login and use Bluebeam software. Make sure this is complete prior to class start time. If you don’t currently have a license of Bluebeam Revu, you can download a free trial here.
  • Attendance via tablet or phone is not recommended. You should have a mouse with a scroll wheel when attending this class. In Bluebeam there are several right-click shortcuts, and the wheel will help you zoom in/out on documents.
  • 2-screen computer set-up is recommended. This will allow you to watch the instructor on one screen while practicing on the other.

  • ZOOM invite link and course materials will be provided to you in advance of the course
