LEADERSHIP TRAINING - includes individual coaching!

This 8-hour engaging and interactive course is designed to help you discover a more effective way of leading your team — starting with yourself!  The course is broken into four 2-hour sections delivered over two weeks, in which you will define and explore leadership styles & effective practices, human motivation, goal attainment, listening & communicating, and conflict management.  Leadership is an inside-out process and this course will provide you with tools to better identify and enhance your own leadership strengths so that you can lead your team and succeed in your goals.

Upon course completion you will have access to 2 hours of individual, one-on-one coaching over the following months to help answer any questions or real-world problems you may be facing.  The coaching sessions consist of 4 - 30 minute sessions or can be combined into 2 - 1 hour sessions within the month after the course completion.

• Vision – set your values in motion

Part 2:

• Maslow’s hierarchy
• Intrinsic vs Extrinsic motivation
• Mindset
• Goal attainment

Part 3:

• Emotional intelligence
• Active listening
• Communicating effectively

Part 4:

• The conflict cycle
• Facilitate listening and speaking
• Changing the conversation
• Moving forward

Course Credits: 

• 1 CCA Gold Seal Credit
