This course was designed to provide an individual with the understanding of Silica and its health effects, recognition of the tasks and hazards associated with Silica, controls that must be in place to eliminate or reduce the hazards of Silica and the Exposure Control Plan (ECP) requirements for Silica.

Course Content:

  • Silica
  • Responsibilities of Employer, Supervisor and Employee
  • Work Activities
  • Complete a Hazard Assessment
  • Elements of an ECP
  • Test (80% Pass)

Certificate is valid for 3 years.

Upon successful completion of this course a copy of the certificate will be emailed to the registered address.  the original will be at the office for pickup.
