This 2 hour session is perfect whether you're completely new to AI or if you've already dabbled and want to enhance your skills. We focus on realistic ways ChatGPT can support your work, from organizing project information and managing communications, to creating training resources. You'll also learn how to get quick answers on technical questions specific to your field. You’ll gain foundational knowledge, dispel common AI myths, and see real-world applications that make tasks easier and faster—all in an easy, accessible introduction designed to get you comfortable with AI tools.

Please ensure you meet the following requirements:
- Optimal Setup: For the best experience, please join from your computer, with both a microphone and camera, and have your mobile device on hand—we’ll be using features on both devices. Using only an iPad isn’t ideal.
- Access Requirements: Please sign up for ChatGPT (a free account is sufficient) either through the app or on the website https://chatgpt.com/.
- ChatGPT Usage: If you use up your tokens prior to course, you will have to default to regular free (no account) GPT which is limited. So if you can, be mindful of usage in prep for the training
- ChatGPT Plus: You don’t need a plus account, but you could always sign up for a month to test it out, then cancel
- Download ChatGPT to your mobile device: make sure you download the correct version (you do not need your credit card or to sign up to a paid account). Download the ChatGPT App to your cell phone/ipad (make sure it's the logo that's WHITE with 1.2+ users)
