Worksite Culture Training - Improve talent acquisition, retention and productivity!
The Builders Code establishes a standard code of conduct for workers in the construction industry in BC! It defines an ‘Acceptable Worksite’ as the starting point for reducing risk and ensuring a safe and productive environment for all workers by expanding the definition of safety to include psychological safety.
Being a leader isn’t just about being exceptional in a skill or trade – it’s about understanding how to successfully manage others. Shaping positive workplace behaviour – one’s own and the behaviour of others – is one of the most important and powerful responsibilities of leadership. An inclusive and respectful worksite culture translates to better productivity and safety outcomes and can help attract and retain the best workers.
