Colleen Cadez
Director, Client Consulting and Development BCCA Employee Benefit Trust (BCCA EBT)

Colleen has been with the BCCA EBT since 2011 and has held a variety of client facing roles within the employee benefits field for 20 years.  Her focus over those years has been client advocacy, all the while thinking of and testing better ways to improve the client experience and ultimately providing clients with more value.

 

 

 

Arthur Chung
CEO, BCCA Employee Benefit Trust (BCCA EBT)

Arthur has been with the BCCA EBT since 2009 and has been managing employee benefit plans for over 25 years in various strategic and management roles. He holds accreditations in finance, human resources and fraud examinations. Arthur and his expert team at the Trust run on a strong mandate focussed on service and outcomes-based management of employee benefit plans. Their service model hinges on working in partnership with their member-clients, so that they can recruit, retain and protect their workforce.
