This online course is designed to help owners, employers, managers and supervisors understand their duties and responsibilities for health and safety in the workplace. The health & safety of ALL employees has become the personal and legal responsibilities of employers and managers. If an accident, injury or fatality were to occur then the employers and managers/supervisors are held responsible. Anyone in the chain of command, from the injured employee’s supervisor to the owner of the business, must be able to prove that that all precautions, reasonable under the circumstances, were taken to protect the health and safety of workers.
