Users can choose between the refer-by-reference or standalone approaches simply by completing either page 2 or 3 (not both) and discarding the other page. Using this document requires using a Copyright Seal - purchase of the electronic document includes 2 free seals with purchase. "Signing" originals must have a copyright seal affixed to the contract. Additional copyright seals can be purchased from SICA as required.
