T & A Drilling and Blasting was founded in 1979 by Theo and Anne Roth – the ‘T and A’ in T & A. Long-time employee, Mike Witham, took ownership in 1991 and later rebranded the company as T & A Rock Works. With a strategic focus on safety and operational processes, Mike transformed T & A into an industry leader. Transitioning to new ownership starting autumn 2023, T & A continues to excel as a rock works contractor throughout southern BC, providing diverse services such as drilling, blasting, slope stabilization, and shoring.
