Building Homes, Enriching Lives The Traine journey began in 1999, offering construction, management and land development services. Since that time, we’ve successfully built more than 5,000 multi-family homes throughout western Canada and our portfolio continues to expand. Our focus is on building not just homes but relationships as well – not just with our staff, our trades people and our suppliers, but also in the communities where we live and work. But it’s not just about the build for us – it’s also about enriching the lives of those involved in the process and make an impact on the people who call our buildings home. Safety We’re committed to providing a safe environment for our employees, sub-trades, clients and members of the public. Our comprehensive safety program is designed to provide all staff with required training and education. Traine Construction was recently award a Certificate of Recognition (COR) which demonstrates our ongoing commitment to improving workplace safety. Giving back We believe in making a difference in those communities where we live and work and that’s why we’re involved in numerous community programs and initiatives. Habitat for Humanity is our primary partner. Together, Traine Construction and Habitat team affiliates in communities where we pool resources and get to work, offering a hand up to supplying affordable homes for families in need.
