Each voting member organization may exercise one vote at the meeting. If you are unable to attend, you may vote by means of a written proxy, appoint a proxy holder to attend and act in the manner and to the extent authorized by the proxy. (Download Proxy form). The following matters will be brought forward at the AGM:
- Approval of minutes of AGM September 16, 2022 (Download the minutes)
- Financial report of the Association for its fiscal year ending June 30, 2023.
- Ratification of new Directors
To transact such further or other business as may be necessary or desirable in connection with the above of the Association or otherwise.
