    Katy Fairley
    Fairley Strategies

    Katy Fairley is an independent consultant focusing on improving project delivery for public and private owners by defining strategies, best practices and risk mitigation for delivery models, contracts and procurement. She believes these three areas are at the heart of improving the building process for owners and construction firms alike.

    Prior to founding Fairley Strategies, Katy was Vice-President, Business Development for a mid-sized general contractor and construction manager in southern BC. She served on the Boards for three industry associations and is currently the Provincial Vice-Chair to the Canadian Construction Association, in addition to serving on numerous taskforces and committees.

    Lin Klick is an Advisor with CapriCMW’ s benefits division.  She hold’s her CEBS designation and has over  25 years of experience in field of Employee Benefits, Retirement and Wellness.  When not engaging with her clients to develop strategies to attract, compensate and retain great staff, she is volunteering her time Greater Westside Board of Trade, West Kelowna Daybreak Rotary Club and District 5060 Youth Exchange Committee.  A life longer learner, she has spent the past few months researching and providing her team and clients with easy to read updates on new programs geared towards helping business and individuals weather these challenging times.

    Having over 20 years of experience in industrial, mining, commercial and civil construction, Tammy is a highly knowledgeable Health and Safety Specialist.

    Tammy analyzes health and safety operations, targets areas for improvement, and redesign, while maintaining the highest quality of standards and, best industry practices to ensure project success. 

    Tammy is a Claims/Disability Management Professional with proven WCB cost reduction, promotion of injury prevention while reducing overall company statistics.

    Tammy specializes in health and safety Management Systems development, COR certification, and health and safety auditing.

    Tammy’s effective communication, excellent relationship building, leadership capabilities-and knowledge, promote a culture of safety within the workplace.

     

    Vicki Topping
    MQN Architects
    Vicki is an Architect and Partner at MQN Architects in Vernon. She received her B.SC. in Math from Okanagan University College (OUC/UBC) and her Masters of Architecture from UBC. Vicki got her start in construction immediately after completing her Master’s degree in 2002.
