Introduction to Understanding Systemic Racism

Creating an organization that is inclusive of Black, Indigenous and People of Colour is not a “feel good” exercise. An inclusion initiative is a win-win for everyone. When organizations are inclusive of Black, Indigenous and People of Colour, all workers feel more engaged and inspired to do their best. This can only help leaders and managers in their responsibilities to create a competitive organization.

This course is designed for leaders and managers.

Use the best practices of inclusive organizations around the world to address issues of systemic racism.
